Frankfort Animal Care Center is a small animal veterinary practice that primarily cares for canine and feline patients. Our staff is committed to providing quality care and compassion for our patients.

Receptionists

Receptionists are responsible for scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintaining medical records, admitting/discharging patients, filling prescriptions, assisting with animal restraint. Responsibilities also include mailing/faxing, operating computers, performing financial transactions, filling, and maintaining a clean office/reception area.

 

Veterinary Technicians

Technicians are responsible for assisting the doctors, restraining animals, performing laboratory procedures, taking radiographs, filling prescriptions, operating/maintaining instruments and equipment, monitoring patients during anesthesia, caring for hospitalized and post-operative patients, and communicating with clients.
